We believe that raising up leaders is one of the most important things we can do here at Hedgesville Church.  We want to see people changed by the saving grace of Jesus Christ and then those same people become great leaders to advance God's kingdom.  The Bible is packed full of real life leadership principles that not only work in the church but also in the work place.  HCLI (Hedgesville Church Leadership Institute) is here to teach those principles and see people live the life God has for them as they live those principles out.  We believe you have a very important role in the Kingdom of God and HCLI is going to help you fulfill it!
